62% of our passengers surveyed live in Oneida County and 38% live in Vilas County

55% of respondents are 60 or over.

76% of respondents don't own or have access to a car.

38% Ride 2-3 times a week and 31% ride daily.

76% Know we offer intercity connecting routes.

86% Strongly agree that we drive responsibly and 90% strongly agree that the drivers are courteous and helpful! 0% Disagree or Strongly Disagree.

What do rides on NTC mean to you?

I don't have a car so the bus has given me options. Always feel welcome on the bus

A way to gain independence again.

Everything! Without the bus service Betty is completely homebound. Hoping to start using more for fun things like shopping and lunch.

Great Value. Especially to go to Nicolet Area Tech College.

I get to work Monday through Friday.

I like the fellowship with others.

I can't get anywhere after 5:00pm or on weekends.

I'm very thankful for the service available. Would be even happier if the returning bus would return sooner from St. Germain to Eagle River.

Wish the bus was available for seniors on weekends so they can attend church, shopping, etc.

Takes me to where I want to go. Thank you!!!
